AM... [Q] 10 mile run (64:00, 6:24 pace). Very hot out and didn't feel all that great, but managed to keep run fairly quick. Warmed up 15 minutes then 3 x 4 minutes [T] pace. Easy for a little stretch and then tried to build a quick, steady pace (although a little slower than [M] pace) for the rest of the run. Very dehydrated when done--should have got out the door earlier. |
