PM... [E] 9.9 mile run (66:43, 6:44 pace). Davis Blvd/St Olaf/800W loop. The trek up to Davis Blvd was brutal, and my legs were not happy about going uphill after yesterday's workout. In general I had jello legs and didn't feel very good until about the last 15-20 minutes of the run. I guess I know where I stand in recovering from workouts. I need to adjust my schedule and go shorter tomorrow--I'm going to run the Garden of Eden 10 miler on Saturday and use it as a [M] pace training run. Rope stretch after. |
