PM... [E] 5.5 mile run (37:05). Ran normal 5 mile loop through DT Bountiful. Stopped at Viewmont HS on the way home and did 800m of speed builds. My legs felt like crap for the entire run, and even the speed builds didn't do a whole lot for me. Took my time stretching after and that seemed to help my legs feel a little better. Hopefully the "dead leg syndrome" will go away for Ogden on Saturday. |
