AM... [E] 5 mile run (35:31). Went out with intention of doing
Bountiful HS/Davis Blvd loop, but my quads were still sore. They're
fine just walking around, but as I get into runs they're still feeling
the after-effects of Ogden. I don't know how all you downhill junkies
do it--my legs just don't bounce back quickly from downhill runs. Good
stretch with the rope after. PM... [E] 5.75 mile run (37:32). Another easy run... quads felt much better than this morning. Slight soreness still, but hopefully some of these easy runs will help get rid of whatever is left. Good stretch after. |
