Went a little more conservative today, and did ultrasound, massage, good stretch, 2x30 leg curls with light weight (both legs) followed by electro stim and ice for the last 20:00. Felt pretty good walking out of the training room--we'll see how the hammy responds throughout the day. PM... Lift @ club.
