AM... [E] 5.3 mile (35:23, 6:40 pace). Easy run on the Hilliard Rail Trail while Nicolle, Lucas and Copa walked.  After 4.85, looped back approx. another 1/2 mile and picked them up.  Good to get back at it.  Pace was probably too quick, but it was beautiful out.  It supposed to be 65 tomorrow, so looking forward to another day of nice running weather.

I'll admit, I've been AWOL for a while, and my running has been pretty lax--a 5-6 milers a few days per week throughout November and December.  Between starting the new job, moving across the country (twice) and trying to get settled, its been crazy.  Hopefully I can get into a rhythm and be back in true "training mode" by the beginning of February.

Big BCS National Championship game tonight--GO BUCKS!!!

I didn't realize you had moved, best of luck with the new job and your busy schedule.

Holy moly, I didn't realize you moved! Assistant AD at the biggest sports university in America...that's a nice step in the career, isn't it? Congrats.

Congrats. I had no idea that you moved until Paul told me the other day. Assistant AD is quite the job! Good luck, we'll miss you around here.
