I knew I would feel yesterday's run a little bit. A slight hamstring/tendon issue--but hopefully just soreness. Will give it a go again tomorrow. Sun, 27 Jan 2008 07:00:00 Sat, Jan 26, 2008 http://crog.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-26-2008.html AM... [E-M] 8 mile run (53:39, 6:42 pace). Slow first two and last two miles, middle four miles were quicker--around 6:30-:35 pace. Probably faster than I should have been running, but I felt really good. A little bit of a head wind coming back, but not terrible. Light stretch after. [E] 5.2 mile run (35:55, 6:54 pace). Wind chill was absolutely brutal--just tried to put the head down and grit through the bone chilling cold. Not fast, but just trying to get runs in. Sat, 19 Jan 2008 07:00:00 Sun, Jan 13, 2008 http://crog.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-13-2008.html AM... [E] 5.6 miles (37:55, 6:46 pace). Just looped all sorts of different neighborhoods. Pace is approximate, but probably pretty close. Pretty chilly overall Sun, 13 Jan 2008 07:00:00 Mon, Jan 07, 2008 http://crog.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-07-2008.html L... [E] 5.7 mile run (37:46, 6:37 pace). This run was faster than it should have been, and I need to start backing off the next few days as I start up again. It was tough to hold back though--it was a beautiful 65 degrees and sunny--I'm loving this Columbus weather! OK... so it was the warmest day on record, but I was still loving it. Mon, 07 Jan 2008 07:00:00 Sun, Jan 06, 2008 http://crog.fastrunningblog.com/blog-01-06-2008.html
AM... [E] 5.3 mile (35:23, 6:40 pace). Easy run on the Hilliard Rail Trail while Nicolle, Lucas and Copa walked. After 4.85, looped back approx. another 1/2 mile and picked them up. Good to get back at it. Pace was probably too quick, but it was beautiful out. It supposed to be 65 tomorrow, so looking forward to another day of nice running weather.

I'll admit, I've been AWOL for a while, and my running has been pretty lax--a 5-6 milers a few days per week throughout November and December. Between starting the new job, moving across the country (twice) and trying to get settled, its been crazy. Hopefully I can get into a rhythm and be back in true "training mode" by the beginning of February.

Big BCS National Championship game tonight--GO BUCKS!!!
Sun, 06 Jan 2008 07:00:00
